We take payments from our clients on behalf of the hosts. We endeavour that first instalments/payments will be paid prior to check in. We send out the invoices to the guest 7 days prior to when they are due, this allows the client time to make payment and also for it to clear our side & on the hosts side, however payment can take up to three working days to clear so please bear this in mind.
Host payments are processed Monday, Wednesday & Friday, however in instances where the reservation is last minute you may receive payment after check-in.
On long stays, payments will be processed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
You can also see your payouts for bookings broken down if you log into your account. You just need to click the little icon in the top right & then Payout history.
