The best way to give your property listings great visibility is to ensure that you have included as much detail as possible.
- Clear, tidy, non branded images, including all rooms of your accommodation. Our clients want to provide a home from home experience for their staff, and images are a great way to present this.
- A detailed property description
- Details of the local surrounding area and local amenities
- Correct address details, to ensure that you are receiving all inquiries for your area/ location.
When submitting an offer, make sure that you have included all the necessary information. We want to be as transparent with our clients from the offset, so the more information - the better!
