How much is ComfyWorkers commission?

As of the 1st January 2024, the commission that Comfy Workers takes for all new bookings is 15% + VAT. 

It is important that any offer submitted by a host is an all inclusive offer, to include ComfyWorkers commission, any VAT and cleaning fees. Not only as a disclosed agent do we have to provide an all inclusive price to our clients, but we want to give our clients an offer with no hidden fees. 

When you enter an offer price you will be able to see a breakdown showing the total price offered, the commission to be deducted and the final host payout amount. This will allow you to double check all your calculations prior to submitting your offer.  

When Comfy Workers sends a payment to a host, the amount a host receives will be the total of the invoice, less our commission.

Please note any bookings confirmed prior to 01.01.24 or any extensions to bookings from prior to 01.01.24 will remain on the old commission rate of 12% plus VAT. The system will advised on the appropriate commission rates when entering the offer price to avoid confusion.
