Comfy Workers Hosts Terms 

We have standard terms and conditions between all host partners. 

These are confirmed by the host at the point of registration and again at point of confirmation of each booking. The system does advise when they were last updated for you reference.

Please note that any bookings confirmed via our platform will covered under this agreement only. 

Comfy Workers House Rules 

We do provide some standard house rules along with any check in details provided from the host. Below you review the house rules :

  • No smoking as any evidence of this may incur additional charges
  • All damages and issues are to be reported within 24 hours of check-in time. If this is a multi-week booking and you vacate periodically (eg. each weekend) - this applies for every time you return to the property (eg. each Monday).
  • House quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
  • No pets or unauthorised guests allowed at the property
  • Please ensure you check all windows are closed and doors locked each time you leave the property
  • Please appropriately use heating and turn-off when you are not in the property
  • Unless stated differently above, on check-out the key should. be returned to the lockbox and scrambled
  • If outside of office hours, for an urgent need or support please send an SMS message to 07782 507 365 (Please note this number does not accept text messages from international phone numbers)

NEW! Host Terms of Stay*

We do also ask our hosts to upload their own terms which cover the condition of stay for guests during any booking confirmed via our platform. 

How to upload your Terms of stay / house rules

Once logged into your dashboard, under your Profile there is a "Terms of Stay" tab. Here you can upload your Terms of stay. 

These will be reviewed by our admin team prior to release to the guests, should they not be approved, you will receive feedback on the issues to rectify. 

You can update these at any point, however it is the terms at point of confirmation that will apply to the booking, therefore any updates made mid-stay will not apply until future bookings.

What to include in your Terms of stay 

Please note that these are general terms for a booking with yourselves, they should not be house specific, any house specific information should be covered in the check in details. 

These should not contravene our own terms and conditions in any way so please ensure you are familiar with our terms & house rules before uploading. Below are the Terms provided to Guests, please ensure you familiarise yourself with these before submitting your terms.

They should also not contain any company or personal details.
