What do I need to include in my offer price?

The offer price you submit needs to be all inclusive. It is important that you check your price prior to submission, ensuring its meets the requirements clearly outlined on our platform. 

What to include : 

Nightly rate - the nightly rate you require from the booking 

Cleaning fees - you can se your cleaning frequency as part of your offer, please ensure you calculate the cost of the number of cleans required throughout the whole stay and include this in your price

Commission - you need to add our commission rate onto to the above costs

VAT - if you are VAT registered then you will need to ensure you add VAT into the price.  For stays over 28 nights, where the VAT is variable, you will need to submit the price as a total instead of a per night price.
