VAT

If you are VAT registered then you will need to ensure you include your VAT into your offer.  

For stays over 28 nights, where the VAT is variable and drops to 4% after this, you will need to submit the price as a total average instead of a per night price taking into account the variable VAT rate. 

You will also need to upload the VAT invoice under the pay out tab using the upload button, as seen below. Please contact us prior to this, as the booking is between yourself and the client it will need to have their company details added onto the VAT invoice for them to use.
