How to add / update my Profile details...

You can update your profile details at anytime by following these steps:


1. Click the person icon in the top right hand corner. Select the profile button


2. Please ensure all fields are complete. 


Company Details

If a UK registered company : 

When it comes to providing a company name if you are a UK registered company, then please enter your Trading name first. When you go to enter the Company Legal name, this box is connected to Companies House, therefore you can start to type your legal company name (which you are registered under at companies house) or your company number, and it will start to populate some matching suggestions for you to select the correct match. Please ensure you select the option and do not continue to free type in this box. 




If a non UK registered company :

If you are not a UK registered company, then please tick the box, it will then populate 3 fields for you to complete. 

The Company Name, can be either the company name you use which is not registered in the UK or if you do not have a company name you can enter your personal name here. 

Registration Number : If you have a registration number from another country please do provide (however this is not mandatory). 

Company address : please provide a contact address, if you do not have a company address please enter your personal address, this must include, house name / number, street, town and postcode as a minimum. 





A banner will appear to confirm the changes you have made are saved, as well as an email from us to verify the changes. 


Note: Once you verify the updated email details, you can resume your activities on your account.
