What do I need to include in my offer price?

The offer you submit needs to be an all inclusive price. It is important that you check your price prior to submission, ensuring its meets the requirements clearly outlined on our platform. 

What to include : 

Nightly rate - the nightly rate you require from the booking 

Cleaning fees - you can set your cleaning frequency as part of your offer, please ensure you calculate the cost of the number of cleans required throughout the whole stay and include this in your price

Commission - you need to add our commission rate onto to the above costs

VAT - if you are VAT registered then you will need to ensure you include VAT in the price.  For stays over 28 nights, where the VAT is variable, you will need to submit the price as a total instead of a per night price taking into account the variable VAT rate. 

The system does show a breakdown of the price entered (see example below), showing your accommodation total, our commission deduction and your expected host payout, so that you can double check the payout amount covers all your costs before submitting the offer. It is vital you check these figures before submitting, as this price will go live to both staff and client after submission.
