What To Include In My Offer Price?

The offer you submit needs to be an all inclusive price. It is important that you check your price prior to submission, ensuring its meets the requirements clearly outlined on our platform. 

What to include- 

Nightly rate - The nightly price you require from the booking 

Cleaning fees - Please select from the drop down the cleaning frequency please ensure you calculate the cost of the number of cleans required throughout the whole stay and include this in your price

Commission - You need to add our commission rate onto to the above costs

VAT - If you are VAT registered then you will need to ensure you select the correct VAT rate and include VAT in the price offered. Please click here for more information on VAT. 

Please also include any other fees that maybe relevant such as tourist fees, parking, taxes and any other charges applicable. All taxes that apply must be clearly stated on the list of Accommodation Fees. 

The system does show a breakdown of the price entered (see example below), showing your accommodation total, our commission deduction and your expected host payout, so that you can double check the payout amount covers all your costs before submitting the offer. It is vital you check these figures before submitting, as this price will go live to both staff and client after submission and cannot be amended after submission.
