While these options are available to upload they are a not a preferred choice of accommodation for our clients. This is because they look for a home from home experience, they like to have full use of the property including their own kitchen to cook in, a living room to relax in etc.
Please ensure it is clear in the property description what is on offer, and what the clients would have access too.
If you are uploading any property that has a "shared facility" of any kind, please ensure this is clearly stated in the description, with any limitations.
Please note, we cannot accept any HMOs on the portal as these are not a desired type of accommodation for our clients.
