We do ask that you check all details of your offer prior to submission as this information is presented to our clients for them to make a decision on.
However we appreciate there are some occasions where there is human error or you have been asked to update you offer. In the instance where an offer has not been accepted by the guest, a host can update any aspect of their offer, you just need to follow the steps below:
- Log into you account & click inquiries.
- Then click view booking & then update offer.
- Click save and then this will show on our system
We do ask that you do notify a member of the sales team prior to updating your offer, incase they are currently in negotiations to confirm the offer in question.
