When should I block my calendar?

We would ask that you block out your property calendar only once the booking is confirmed. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking, this is sent out to all of our hosts to offer their properties to tender. 


We then send all offers to our client as a shortlist, and based on their personal requirements they will select their preferred accommodation. At this stage, we will then contact the successful host to check if the property is still available.


All confirmed bookings can be found on your Dashboard under Confirmed Booking. Anything else that you have been notified/offer on will be found under Active Inquiries.
