How to Check the Status of your Offer

When an inquiry is submitted, all hosts within that location will be notified, and invited to tender for that particular booking. Once we receive your offer, please bear with us while we work on this inquiry. All offers are collated and shortlisted to our clients for them to make a decision on which properties they would like to book. Please note that nothing will ever get booked without your confirmation. Once a client has confirmed what property they would like to move forward with, we will contact that host to check it is still available. 


As soon as we have confirmation the property is still available, the client can accept the offer via our platform, and in turn the host will receive a notification to confirm on their side too. 


How to Check the Status?


We would love to be able to provide feedback to all hosts that have made an offer on an inquiry, but unfortunately this is just not feasible. We endeavour to get a booking closed as soon as possible, however sometimes, depending on the company or the value of the booking, it may take a little longer to do so. With this in mind, we kindly ask hosts to keep an eye on their dashboard to check the status of an inquiry. We will usually be in touch via phone or email if our client is showing interest in your offer to speak with you in further detail. 


To find the status of an offer you have placed please log into your account and click on Inquiries, once you are in this section on the right hand side there are filter options.


All - shows all inquiries and their current status 

Awaiting offers - inquiry is live and awaiting you to submit an offer or mark as unavailable. 

Offer Made - inquiries which you have submitted offers for already and remain live and awaiting client decision. 

Awaiting confirmation - your offer has been selected and we are awaiting you to confirm the booking

Expired - this indicates our client has chosen to book with a different host , or they no longer need the accommodation. 


Due to high volumes of bookings, offers and hosts we do ask that you do refer to your dashboard for enquiry status updates, and as mentioned we will always call should we wish to reconfirm your availability prior to confirmation.
