Please only block off your property calendar once a booking has been confirmed. Do not block your calendar at the inquiry stage, as inquiries are not confirmed bookings.
Inquiries are sent to multiple hosts as part of a tender process. If a client selects your property, we will contact you directly to confirm it's still available before finalising the booking.
You can view all confirmed bookings on your Dashboard under Confirmed Bookings. Any inquiries or offers still awaiting confirmation can be found under Active Inquiries.
