How will I get paid?

Payment plans

As a rule of thumb the host payouts are schedualed based on the below rule :

For bookings of 30 days and under, these are to be paid in full.

For bookings 31 days and over, these are billed in Calendar months.

There maybe some occasions where a client may request an alternative payment plan e.g fortnightly, however we will always check with the host in question before we confirm arrangements.

Host payouts

You able to see your schedualed host payouts for each and every booking so you know what to expect and when. There are two locations to find this infortmation :

On an individual booking :

If you access an individual booking, there is a "Payout" tab where you can see the payment plan for that specific booking. This shows the total invoice amount, the commission deduction and the host payout amounts.

Payout History Tab :

You can also access this information by clicking on the profile image on the top right, and selecting "Payout History". This page will show all booking payouts both past and future.

As per our T&C's and noted on the payout pages, please note that host payouts are made on day of check in or within 7 days after the 'period start date' it shows on your payout, this is to cover processing time/ none working days, so please wait this time before chasing for payments.

Payments will be made into the account details which you have uploaded onto the platform, therefore it is vital your details are correct and are kept updated should there be any changes to avoid delays to your payouts.

You can only have 1 set of bank account details per host profile, therefore if you need payments for different houses to be paid to different bank accounts, you will need to manage this internally or set up different profiles for each.
