Introducing our New App

We are thrilled to finally reveal to you all, our new app. The app is a quick and effective way for you to manage all of your bookings and inquiries whilst on the move. Marius, Our software engineer, has been working to make sure it is absolutely perfect! Let's take a closer look at all the different sections. 

Home Page

This area shows you a quick summary of all your bookings and inquiries - past, present and future. You can also find a quick link to all of our contact details, should you need to get in touch to discuss anything further. 

Account Section

In the account area, you can input all of your user and company details. There are five separate areas that hold all your important information:

Profile - the main user contact details

Company - company details

Team - where you can add team member details, that can then be added to your confirmed bookings as the Lead Guest details

Verify - here is where you input all of your ID detail for it to be verified and to validate your insurance policy. This is an IMPORTANT section, so please ensure this is filled out. Find out why here.

Bookings

Here you can keep track of all your confirmed bookings. You can filter these down by location or down to current, future or all bookings. 

Once you click down to a specific inquiry, you can see the finer details of your booking, as well as your accommodation, lead guest information (this can be amended from here), and your payment status. 

Requests

Here you can see all your recent inquiries you have made, grouped into locations. It will tell you how many inquiries you have, per location. You can draw down to each individual inquiry from here, and see the status, and what actions (if any) need to be made to progress the booking. The last two images below are examples of what messages you may see. 

New Search/ New Inquiries

Save the best feature til last.... You can now conveniently send new inquiries directly from your mobile device while on the move. This enhanced feature simplifies and expedites the process for everyone involved. If you click the purple location icon it will direct you to fill in all necessary details for your inquiry.
