We ask all hosts to verify their ID via our ID verification process, this is the same process we use for our guests to ensure we know who is using our platform.
To complete the verification process you can access this via your profile page, and click on the Verify Tab (shown below), it will also prompt you to do this on confirmation of your next booking, if you havent already submitted the form.
You will need to complete all sections of the form using your own personal details. These details must match your legal form of ID e.g passport or driving licence.
You the need to upload two images, these must be images and not scanned copies, scanned copies will be rejected so please ensure these are correct. You will need one image of your Legal form of ID e.g a drivers licence or passport and one image of a selfie of yourself (passport photo style is suitable).
TIP : It is easiest if you use your phone to take both images to ensure the correct format, and you upload these by dragging the images over the relevant sections of the form (see below).
Finally read the terms and conditions and slide the toogle to show you agree to these, click Verify to submit your application. This will then go to our third part provider to be verified, our team will be in touch should there be any issues.
