What to do next... 


It is at this stage we would as for you to block out your property calendar dates for the dates requested.


Upload Check in details 


You will also be requested to upload your check in information onto the booking. These details need to include all the information the guests would need to know relating to accessing and residing at the property in question. While we do automatically send some standard house rules with your check in details. If there are any house specific house rules please ensure these are included with the check in details. 


Please note: check in details are inly released to the guests on the day of check in and never prior and also subject to cleared funds in our bank account. 


Standard House Rules 

  • No smoking as any evidence of this may incur additional charges
  • All damages and issues are to be reported within 24 hours of check-in time. If this is a multi-week booking and you vacate periodically (eg. each weekend) - this applies for every time you return to the property (eg. each Monday).
  • House quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
  • No pets or unauthorised guests allowed at the property
  • Please ensure you check all windows are closed and doors locked each time you leave the property
  • Please appropriately use heating and turn-off when you are not in the property
  • Unless stated differently above, on check-out the key should. be returned to the lockbox and scrambled


Updating check in details


If at any point you need to update check in details e.g access codes for long term bookings, please ensure you advise a member of our support team to ensure they get the updated details to our clients.
