How To Send An Offer

Making an offer is quick and simple and can be done on either our mobile app pr desktop. Following the steps below : 


Click inquiries, select the filter "awaiting offers" and locate the inquiry which you wish to offer on. Then click on 'Make offer'





Further details of the inquiry are then displayed. 


To Make an Offer, click on the Property List drop down and choose the property you wish to make an offer with. If the property you are looking for does not initially show you can select "View more properties" which will then show all properties you have uploaded and active. 


Please note : if you are looking to make multiple offers for multiple properties, these need to be done individually,  therefore you select the first property you wish to make the offer on, you can then repeat the process to then make further offers. 


Ensure you complete all sections on the offer. 


Cleaning Frequency - you get to select the cleaning frequency you wish to offer, for short terms stays the option of once is available, for longer stays you have a choice of weekly or fortnightly. 


Number of separate beds / guests - this is the number of beds / guests your property can accommodation (remember we are predominantly accommodating contractors therefore bed sharing is not an option, the enquiry does advise if guests would be wiling to share rooms) 


Parking / Bathroom details - these sections may have been added following you uploading the property onto our platform, therefore please ensure you go in and update these details to ensure the property profile is 100% complete, you will only need to do this once. 


Cancellation policy - you get to select your preferred cancellation policy for each booking. 


VAT - please select the applicate VAT rate which you have factored into your price. If the VAT is variable, please select the higher rate. 


Add notes - here you can add any booking specific notes for our staff only which you may feel relevant E.G an excluded date. We ask that you do not enter your personal details in this section, and note this is only viewed by staff and not the guests. 


Price - please enter your all inclusive price, if you are unsure on what to include in your price please refer to the following article. You can enter your price per night, or you can adjust the toggle, to select total and enter your price as a total for the entire stay. 


Once you have entered all fields, there is an accommodation summary which shows the accommodation total, our commission deduction and the host payout, so you can double check all your calculations prior to submitting your offer. 


Once you are happy with all the details, click submit. At this stage if you wish to make another offer for a different property you just complete all the above stages. 





Please remember to submit an all inclusive offer, that includes VAT, our commissions and any cleaning schedules that may be included.


We will then send the client the shortlist of offers, and they will decide which offer they would like to go for. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to update you on your offers. However you can keep track of the offer status on your dashboard. 


What do do if you have no Availability.


If you have No Availability, click the no availability tab on the left hand side. 


The click "OK" on the pop up that then appears.
